BlockPort is building an open staking pool for the Klever blockchain to provide all members of the Klever community with the opportunity to receive additional benefits from staking KLV. Our goal is to maximize the staking returns for each BLOCK holder. Participants in the pool receive rewards from all working nodes in the BlockPort pool, significantly increasing the stability of receiving rewards. Additionally, pool participants can participate in pool management. Pool members can submit proposals and vote on the parameters of the pool's working nodes.

The BLOCK token gives the pool participant the right to receive rewards from the operation of all pool nodes, as well as the right to participate in the management of BlockPort pool nodes. Furthermore, token holders can perform transactions by paying network fees in BLOCK

A maximum of 100 million BLOCK tokens will be issued in total. Currently, 12 million tokens have been issued across 6 rounds of sales. The funds raised from public and private sales are primarily used to ensure the staking of KLV, which has enabled us to register 6 validation nodes and participate in the consensus group to earn network rewards. Any further issuance of tokens will only be possible with the approval of the community members.

No, BLOCKPORT is an independent project that represents an alliance between the community of long-term KLV (KleverChain) stakers and XPort Labs. XPort Labs is responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth operation of the validation nodes.

The decision to conduct additional rounds of private or public sales of the BLOCK token can only be made with the collective agreement of the community, in cases where additional funds are needed for further project development. BLOCK holders have the privileged right to participate in private sales.

Rewards are distributed automatically using the KleverChain FPR Staking mechanism. Distribution occurs weekly, every Monday. The amount of rewards depends on the number of epochs processed by all validation nodes during the week. The more nodes elected to the consensus group, the higher the rewards each BLOCK holder will receive. To receive rewards, BLOCK holders must stake their tokens. Rewards are distributed proportionally based on token ownership and depend on both node performance and the amount of tokens staked at the time of reward distribution.

The simplest and most convenient way to stake BLOCK is through the Klever Wallet K5 mobile application. You can easily install it from any available mobile app store.

Once your Klever account is created, you should add BLOCK through the token filter. Then, navigate to the Staking tab to stake your BLOCK! The BLOCK staking process is very similar to staking KLV, with the key difference being that you don't need to choose a validator to receive rewards. All rewards will be generated by the six BLOCKPORT validation nodes!
